The Finnish lighting manufacturer Innolux carried out a major investment in 2024–2025 by building two new halls in Kerava. The new logistics and storage centre offers efficient facilities for the company’s growth — and its structures rely on Ewona’s insulation material: allergen-safe Ewonawool, made from recycled material.

In Vantaa, the indoor air problems of the Ristipuro daycare escalated into symptoms, so the building was to be modified to ensure the health and safety of the children and staff. The daycare has eight early childhood education and preschool groups. The Saimaanportti comprehensive school in Mikkeli is a new construction project where a new school building will be built on the site of the demolished Urpola school. The new school will house grades 1–9 of the comprehensive school as well as special education facilities for the same grade levels.

Billed as a multi-purpose building, it also includes sports facilities such as a gym and fitness centre, as well as outdoor playing fields and outdoor playgrounds which serve as an exercise area for the locals in the evenings and at weekends. Youth services, an after-school club and a community college will also be located in the multi-purpose building.
