Product information

Easy, fast and comfortable! No dust, no itching!

Insuplast ventilation duct insulation is manufactured from clean, recyclable Ewona® polyester fibre material. The Ewona insulation used as the raw material has been granted the right in Finland to use the Allergy Label of the Finnish Allergy, Skin and Asthma Federation.

The product range covers insulation components for ventilation ducts from Ø100 mm ducts up to Ø200 mm. The range includes 45° and 90° elbows, T-branches and straight insulation sections in these diameters. All components are available either uncoated or coated with vapour barrier plastic. The insulation is available in 50 mm and 100 mm thicknesses. 45° elbows and T-branches are not used with 50 mm insulation, as they are easy to fabricate on site, but they are manufactured for 100 mm insulation thickness.

Fire classification: B-s1, d0.

We recommend also ordering the Ewona insulation knife, which enables cutting and shaping of the products. The insulation knife and sharpening tool can be found here.
