Allergy-free Ewonawool
Ewonawool is made of sustainably recycled material, and it’s used as thermal and acoustic insulation material for small homes and apartment buildings. Its special features include being dustless and easy to clean. The cutting-edge sound and thermal insulation capacity is a result of the excellent air absorption of the insulation’s porous structure. The fibres are heat-bonded together without any chemical binding agents, which makes the panels a safe, allergy-free installation option. The safety of the Ewonawool insulation panel is emphasised by the fact that Ewona is the only insulation panel manufacturer in Finland that has been granted the right to use the Finnish Allergy and Asthma Federation’s cooperation label.
The allergy label® is part of The Finnish Allergy, Skin and Asthma Federation’s advocacy work with industry; it aims to make sure that the market receives products and services whose materials and ingredients do not commonly irritate or sensitize the skin, cause odor sensitivity symptoms or other allergic or asthmatic reactions.

Premium sound insulation
Thanks to their excellent sound insulation properties, the Ewona sound absorption panels are suitable for sound insulating rooms, booths, and equipment. The cutting-edge sound insulation capacity is a result of the excellent air absorption of the insulation’s porous structure; our sound insulation has been used in such applications as road and rail noise control solutions. The sound insulation panels are made of recycled polyester, and they do not absorb water or become brittle during its life cycle – that means that the panels’ the sound insulation properties remain unchanged for up to 50 years. The fibres are heat-bonded together without any chemical binding agents, which makes the panels an allergy-free installation option. These noise barriers have reached the highest absorption class, A4.
